The notary fees for the signature circular and the power of attorney are approximately 8,500 TL ($210).

This cost includes the nominee fees for a company director who does not speak Turkish. Notary fees are determined by various criteria, such as the number of pages of the document to be certified, whether the document is certified by a translator, and the number of words in the document.

Notary costs will be lower if the company founder is fluent in Turkish (reading and writing).
