ONLINE COMPANY REGISTRATION IN TURKEY

ONLINE COMPANY REGISTRATION IN TURKEY

Establishing a company online in Turkey is a topic of interest for many entrepreneurs. Technological advancements and legal regulations have made it possible to establish a company online in Turkey.

However, for foreigners, certain documents must be prepared and certain obligations must be fulfilled. Foreigners wishing to establish a company in Turkey without traveling to Turkey must submit a valid power of attorney and notarized copies of their passports.

Documents submitted for company formation must be notarized and apostille-certified. In countries without apostille approval, approval can be obtained from the Turkish Embassy in lieu of apostille certification. When documents arrive in Turkey, they must also have notarized Turkish translations.

By following the steps outlined, you can quickly establish your company and begin commercial activities in Turkey. Feel free to contact us anytime for questions and support.

STEPS FOR ESTABILIZING AN ONLINE BUSINESS IN TURKEY

1- To establish an online company in Turkey, first determine your company address.

According to the law, to establish a company in Turkey, you must first establish a business address. This address can be an office, shop, office, warehouse, etc., used for your commercial activities. A company cannot be established without a legal business address.

Alternatively, if you don't need a physical workplace for your operations in Turkey, you can rent a virtual business address at an affordable cost. Renting a virtual business address is legal in Turkey and is the most cost-effective solution.

Virtual office rental services are included in our package services. We offer convenient solutions in Turkey for all your needs, including company formation, virtual offices, financial processes, and more.

2 - Decide on the type of company you want to establish online in Turkey.

The most suitable type of company for foreigners who are not Turkish citizens to establish a company online in Turkey using their passports is the limited liability company. There is no capital blocking requirement for the establishment of a limited liability company. This allows you to establish your company in Turkey with a power of attorney.

There are other types of companies that foreigners can establish with their passports. However, because other types of companies require capital blocking during the establishment process, it is not possible to complete the incorporation process online.

Limited liability companies are capital companies. They are a highly prestigious and highly respected type of company. Due to their relatively easy incorporation process, they are the most preferred type by foreigners. Limited liability companies can be established online if foreigners submit the necessary documents. We handle all processes.

3 – How to Establish an Online Limited Company in Turkey?

The establishment of limited liability companies in Turkey is subject to registration with the Chamber of Commerce. This means the company is established by registering with the Chamber of Commerce.

Procedures such as preparing the articles of association of a limited liability company, preparing documents, defining authorizations, and scheduling an appointment with the Chamber of Commerce can initially be partially completed online. However, to sign and register the incorporation documents, the company partners must personally attend the Chamber of Commerce, or the authorized representative must attend the Chamber of Commerce for signature.

In other words, we initially prepare the articles of association and the necessary documents online. On the appointment day, the company founder visits the Chamber of Commerce and signs the documents.

If the company founder does not wish to travel to Turkey, they can send us a company establishment power of attorney. We can handle all incorporation procedures turnkey with the power of attorney.

4 – What are the documents required to establish an online company in Turkey?

The documents required to register a company online in Turkey without traveling to Turkey are as follows:

-Company establishment power of attorney: The power of attorney must be prepared in the official language of the foreign entrepreneur's home country. It must be notarized and apostilled. (We prepare the company establishment power of attorney.)

-Notarized copy of the passport: A copy of the company founder's passport must be notarized and apostilled.

-Sample signatures of the company founder: We prepare this. The company founder must have the signature samples certified by a notary public and have them apostilled.

Apostille: This is the international notary system. In countries with an apostille system, documents must be apostilled. In countries without an apostille system, documents must be certified by the Turkish Embassy instead of apostille certification.

All required documents must be prepared and certified in the official language of the founder's home country. When the documents arrive in Turkey, they are also translated into Turkish with a notary public. Once the company founder sends these documents, all other procedures are handled by us.
